For those starting from zero — from incorporation to a fully operating digital business.

Platinum is for entrepreneurs and new business owners who don't just need a digital foundation — they need the business itself properly structured first. Before we set up a single tool, we help you get incorporated, register your EIN, and open a business bank account. Then we build everything in Diamond on top of it.

At the end of 180 days, you are not a startup figuring things out. You are a legally registered, digitally equipped business with the systems and the training to run it. State filing fees are paid directly by the client. We handle the process — you handle the fees.

How it works

Two phases. One hundred eighty days. A business built from the ground up.

Phase 1 — Setup

Days 1–75

We start with the business structure — entity consultation, state incorporation filing, EIN registration, and business bank account setup. Once the legal foundation is in place, we build everything in Diamond: QuickBooks, CRM, social media profiles, and a professional website. All of it set up from scratch, built around your specific business.

Phase 2 — Learning & Engagement

Days 76–180

105 days — our longest accountability window. We train you on every tool, hand off the website with a full walkthrough, and check in weekly throughout. We review your QuickBooks activity, CRM usage, and social posts. We course-correct where needed. By day 180, running your business digitally is second nature.
