Most small service businesses are running on memory, text messages, and spreadsheets. Gold changes that. In 60 days, we set up the three tools your business needs to operate professionally — QuickBooks, a CRM, and your social media profiles — and we train you to run all of them yourself.
This is not a done-for-you service. We build the foundation, show you how it works, and hold you accountable while you learn to use it. By the end of the program, you operate your own systems. No dependency. No ongoing fees unless you choose them.
How it works
Two phases. Sixty days. You leave running your own tools.
Phase 1 — Setup
Days 1–20
We handle everything technical. QuickBooks is set up and connected to your bank. Your CRM is built out based on how your business actually works. Your Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile are created, branded, and ready. Your first 3 posts are scheduled.
Phase 2 — Learning & Engagement
Days 21–60
We train you on every tool through two 45-minute live calls where you perform tasks in real time — not watch us do them. We check in weekly, review how you're using the tools, give feedback on your social posts, and course-correct where needed. You do the work. We make sure it's the right work.

What we don't do

Gold is a setup and training program. It is not a management service. Here is what is not included:
- We do not post on your behalf or write posts from scratch
- We do not enter receipts, categorize transactions, or reconcile your books
- We do not provide 60 days of on-demand support — communication runs through email with a 24-hour response window
- We do not guarantee followers, engagement, or sales
- We do not provide legal or tax advice
