Vindino Group was founded in 2022 by Vinny and Bryan, two partners who have spent their careers in the banking and financial services industry while building this company from the ground up. In those roles, we handled sensitive client information and worked with high-profile accounts across businesses and public figures. That experience shaped how we work. When someone trusts you with their finances, you learn quickly what it means to be accountable, discreet, and straight with people. We carry that into everything we do at Vindino.

We built Vindino Group around a simple idea. Small service businesses are run by people who are great at what they do. Getting set up online, tracking clients, and managing the books is a different skill set entirely, and most people never had anyone walk them through it properly. That is the gap we fill.

That is what we do. We come in, build out your QuickBooks, and set up a CRM for you. A CRM is a client relationship manager, which is the system that keeps track of your leads, follow-ups, and customer history. We also get your social media profiles live and ready to go. We run two hands-on training calls, hand you cheat sheets for every tool, and stay in your corner through regular check-ins for the length of the program. When it is over, you are running your own systems. Not us. You.

We believe a business owner who understands their own systems is a stronger business owner. That is what we work toward with every client we take on.

For clients who want someone in their corner after the program ends, we offer a monthly support plan. It is not a full-service arrangement. It is a reliable point of contact, a set number of hands-on hours, and someone who already knows your setup checking in to make sure things are running the way they should.
